Description

Character description

Sniper is a ranged character. His primary attribute is agility. The hero is mainly taken to the easy lane as a carry. Most effective in the mid game.

Role description

The hero is very efficient both in defense and team fights thanks to his Take Aim ability, which can upgrade Headshot. This will allow the hero to farm large groups of creeps and constantly harass enemies in the laning stage. Assassinate allows Sniper to last hit a ranged enemy. Being upgraded with Aghanim's Scepter, this spell becomes more difficult to dodge. Aghanim's Shard grants the hero the Concussive Grenade ability, allowing him to increase the distance with the enemy, which is effective against melee cores.

Character lore

Kardel Sharpeye was born deep in the mountains of Knollen. Hunting was his life, and the gun was an extension of his hand. One day, when he was to gain full standing in his village, Sharpeye the Sniper by his own skill condemned himself to banishment until he fulfills the prophecy by attaining legendary stature on a field of battle.
