MAC-10 | Sakkaku was added to the game on February 10, 2023, as part of the Revolution Collection, which was released alongside the Case, Capsule, Kit, Oh My! update. The skin was created by Anbu and 4Gauder.
The SMG’s receiver has been painted with an anime-styled image of a girl's face with red eyes. The front of the receiver and part of the handle feature a pattern of thin red, black, and beige diagonal stripes. The handle has a rectangular overlay with a dotted pattern. The barrel and magazine remain unpainted. The sling features the inscription SAKKAKU, which means "optical illusion" in Japanese.
The skin’s Float Value ranges from 0.21 to 0.79, which makes MAC-10 | Sakkaku available only in Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred conditions. Minor abrasions already appear on the handle in Field-Tested condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase, and the skin becomes noticeably darker.
Pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
