SSG 08 | Ghost Crusader was added to the game on April 27, 2016, as part of The Chroma 3 Collection, which was released alongside the “Trichromacy” update. The skin was created by ClegFX.
The design of the skin is made in a futuristic style. The main part of the rifle is painted white, individual parts of the weapon are adorned with an abstract pattern in various shades of blue. The handle is decorated with a textured blue insert. The back part of the buttstock is painted black. The design is complemented by various pictograms and inscriptions. The scope and individual small parts of the weapon are not painted.
Float Value of the skin is limited from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes SSG 08 | Ghost Crusader available in all conditions. Small abrasions and stains of patina are already present on the body of the rifle in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase, the entire body of the rifle is coated with a layer of patina, which makes the skin look noticeably darker.
