USP-S | Neo-Noir was added to the game on March 15, 2017, as part of The Spectrum Collection, which was released alongside the “Take a trip to the Canals” update. The skin was created by donschi.
The design of the skin is made in the neo-noir comic style. The slide and the handle are adorned with an image of a long-haired girl. The color scheme of the image includes black and various shades of pink, purple and blue. The silencer and the top of the slide are complemented with a geometric pattern of diagonal gray lines.
Float Value of the skin is limited from 0.00 to 0.70, which makes USP-S | Neo-Noir available in all conditions. Small abrasions appear on the body of the weapon already in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the size of the abrasions increases significantly.
The pattern index does not affect the appearance of the skin.
The quality of USP-S | Neo-Noir is Covert. The skin has a StatTrak option and belongs to the "Neo-Noir" series.
