Keeper of the Light is a ranged character. His primary attribute is intelligence. The hero is mainly taken to the hard lane as a support. Most effective in the mid game.

Role description

Keeper of the Light is a good team hero who is most efficient in mass battles. The Illuminate ability helps him farm large groups of creeps. It is very effective in clusters of enemy heroes and also provides the character an opportunity to save allies through the activation of Spirit Form, which, in addition to mobility, grants the Blinding Light spell effectively working against heroes relying on their attack. Solar Bind allows Keeper of the Light to deal more magic damage against a slowed target, and thanks to Chakra Magic, the hero, and his allies are able to cast their spells much more often. With the purchase of Aghanim's Shard, the character gets the Recall ability, using which he can rescue an ally or summon him. Aghanim's Scepter grants the Will-O-Wisp ability, which makes team fights even easier by putting enemies in the affected area at a disadvantage.
