Automatic folding knife. The first Stiletto knives appeared in Italy at the beginning of the 16th century. The in-game knife is presumably based on the Corsican knife. It has a rare inspect animation - the character tosses the knife. Added to the game on August 3, 2018, alongside the release of the Horizon Case.
