Classic Knife | Case Hardened was added to the game on October 18, 2019, as part of the CS20 Case, which was released alongside the "Cache and Release" update.
The hardened blade of the knife is covered with blue, violet, and yellow stains. Traces of patina are also present on the blade. The guard and the handle remain unpainted.
Float Value of Classic Knife | Case Hardened ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes the skin available in all conditions. Scratches and abrasions do not appear on the body of the knife. Traces of patina are present in different parts of the blade already in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the entire blade is coated with a layer of patina and looks significantly darker.
The pattern index affects the location, color, and shape of the stains. The pattern variations with a predominance of clean blue stains on the play side (“Blue Gem”) are considered to be the rarest and the most expensive ones. The cheapest and the most common pattern variations are those with yellow blades or yellow blades with inclusions of blue covering up to 30% of the blade surface.
The quality of Classic Knife | Case Hardened is Covert. The skin has a StatTrak option and belongs to the "Case Hardened" series.
On CS.MONEY, Classic Knife | Case Hardened is among the three most common Classic Knife skins: about 90 offers.
