Galil AR | Chatterbox was added to the game on January 8, 2015, as part of The Chroma Collection, which was released alongside the “Full Spectrum” update. The skin was created by EGO DEATH.
Individual parts of the machine rifle are painted yellow and adorned with an animalistic pattern in the form of tiger stripes. The magazine is painted with images of bullets. On the play side, the receiver is adorned with an image of a white skull, on the backside it has a black inscription "Feed me". Individual parts of the weapon are painted solid brown. The entire body of the rifle is distressed.
Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.35 to 0.85, which makes Galil AR | Chatterbox available only in Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred condition. Scratches and abrasions are already present on the body of the rifle in Field-Tested condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase, the skin becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the appearance of the skin.
The quality of Galil AR | Chatterbox is Covert. The skin has a StatTrak option. The skull's mouth creates a "chattering effect" during active firing. In the Chinese version of the skin, the skull is replaced with an image of a robot’s head.
Galil AR | Chatterbox is currently a rather popular skin, which is often seen in the game.
