USP-S | Kill Confirmed was added to the game on September 17, 2015, as part of The Shadow Collection, which was released alongside the “Shadow Boxing” update. The skin was created by Tuna Melt.
The body of the pistol is painted burgundy and adorned with an image of a gray skull shattered by a bullet. The flying bullet leaving a fiery trace is painted on the slide and the silencer. The design is complemented by images of blood spatter and bone fragments.
Float Value of the skin is limited from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes USP-S | Kill Confirmed available in all conditions. Small abrasions appear on the body of the pistol in Minimal Wear condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the size of the abrasions increases slightly, the remaining paint layer becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the appearance of the skin.
The quality of USP-S | Kill Confirmed is Covert. The skin has a StatTrak option. In the Chinese version of the skin, the skull is replaced with an image of a robot’s head, the skin's color scheme also includes light blue.
