Sport Gloves | Occult were added to the game on March 11, 2026, as part of the Dead Hand update. The gloves can be obtained through the Sealed Dead Hand Terminal.
The gloves are designed in a red-and-yellow color scheme. Most of the outer side is finished in yellow and beige tones and decorated with an ornamental pattern featuring occult motifs, including stylized images of eyes, hands, and snakes. Large sections on the fingers and sides of the gloves are made of dark-red suede. The design also features light-yellow inserts and trim. The inner side of the gloves is made of gray fabric and features large brown and red patches. A yellow detail is located on the wrist.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.06 to 0.80, which makes Sport Gloves | Occult available in all exterior conditions. Minor abrasions appear on different parts of the gloves in Minimal Wear condition. As the Float Value rises, they increase in number and size. Signs of wear become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.30. At the highest wear levels, most abrasions are concentrated around the knuckles and on the red areas of the gloves. The red elements gradually fade, while the yellow-beige areas become less saturated, but the ornamental pattern remains clearly recognizable.
The pattern index affects the placement of the ornamental pattern on the outer side of the gloves. The gaming community recognizes several notable pattern categories, including Illuminati, where the eye image is fully visible in the center of the glove (#901, #141, #746), and Double Snake, where a composition of four intertwined snakes is visible almost in full (#977, #665, #655).
