Kukri Knife | Crimson Web was added to the game on February 7, 2024, in the A Call to Arms update and became one of the rare special items in the Kilowatt Case. The skin later also appeared in the Gallery Case. The skin was created by Valve.
The blade is painted a rich red color and features a pattern of thin black lines forming a spiderweb. The cutting edge remains unpainted. The handle is dark brown.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.06 to 0.80, which makes Kukri Knife | Crimson Web available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear along the cutting edge in Field-Tested condition. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. Signs of wear become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.30. At the highest wear levels, a significant part of the paint layer is worn away, and the web pattern becomes almost unrecognizable.
The pattern index affects the placement of the web pattern and the number of web centers on the blade surface. Variants with large, clearly visible web centers on the play side are especially valued, particularly when the centers are close to the middle of the blade. Variants with two web centers also exist. Examples of well-placed patterns include #36, #335, and #411.
