Nova | Currents was added to the game on January 21, 2026, as part of The Achroma Collection, released with The Fourth Season update. The skin was created by Valve.
The shotgun's design features an achromatic color scheme. Most of the body, the stock, and the barrel are decorated with an abstract pattern of intersecting circles and smooth curved lines in various shades of gray. The pattern is complemented by white silhouettes of flying birds. The fore-end, the rear part of the stock, and some other parts are gray. The trigger, trigger guard, and a few small details are painted white.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.65, which makes Nova | Currents available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on the body in Minimal Wear condition. They become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.15. As the Float Value rises, they increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, a significant part of the paint layer is worn away, and the pattern becomes barely recognizable.
The pattern index affects the placement of the design on the body. There are no rare or special pattern variations.
The quality of Nova | Currents is Consumer Grade. The skin is not available in a StatTrak version.
On CS.MONEY, Nova | Currents is among the ten most common Nova skins: about 270 offers.
