SSG 08 | Azure Glyph was added to the game on April 24, 2023, as part of the Anubis Collection, which was released alongside The Anubis Collection update. The skin was created by Slimek.
The rifle’s body is partially decorated with carved wooden plates and complemented with teal enamel inserts featuring volumetric ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs painted in beige. The barrel, scope, handle, and back side of the buttstock are not painted.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.01 to 0.99, which makes SSG 08 | Azure Glyph available in all conditions. Small abrasions appear on various parts of the weapon's body only in Battle-Scarred condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase slightly, and the skin becomes noticeably darker.
Pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of SSG 08 | Azure Glyph is Industrial Grade. The skin has no souvenir version and is not available with a StatTrak counter.
