USP-S | 27 was added to the game on October 2, 2024, as part of The Gallery Collection, released with The Armory update. The skin was created by HEWOK and Horameow. Another skin by HEWOK, M4A4 | Etch Lord, was previously added to the game.
The pistol's slide and silencer are made of unpainted metal with a pronounced metallic sheen. The frame and grip are unevenly painted in various shades of beige. The front part of the silencer is perforated, while its side features a stylized Silent inscription. The slide is decorated with a 027 marking. A small Counter-Terrorist emblem is located on the rear part of the slide. The grip features dark brown textured inserts. A red-and-white USP logo is located on its lower part. The skin has an artificially aged appearance.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes USP-S | 27 available in all exterior conditions. Minor abrasions and scratches are already present on the weapon's body in Factory New condition. As the Float Value rises, no new abrasions or scratches appear, but the skin gradually darkens and takes on a warmer tone. At the highest wear levels, the unpainted metal parts become covered with a pronounced orange-brown patina.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of USP-S | 27 is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. In the Steam Workshop, the creator HEWOK has presented a 027 series featuring similar designs for the M4A1-S, MP5-SD, Five-SeveN, and Glock-18.
