The pistol’s slide has been painted with an image of a purple flower. The outline of the handle is partially painted with a purple gradient. The silencer is unpainted and perforated. The rear part of the slide features an engraved lotus icon.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.90, which makes USP-S | Black Lotus available in all conditions. Small abrasions appear on the pistol’s body in Field-Tested condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase, the skin looks noticeably darker.
