Nova | Caged Steel was added to the game on May 1, 2014, as part of The Bank Collection, which was released alongside “The Hunt Begins” update.
The body of the shotgun is coated with gray metallic paint. The receiver and the buttstock are adorned with a dark gray hexagonal grid and complemented with a pattern in the form of a black net with oval holes. The handguard is not painted.
Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.20, which makes Nova | Caged Steel only available in Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested conditions. Small abrasions are already present on individual parts of the body in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase.
The pattern index affects the texture overlay. Rare or special variations of the pattern are absent.
The quality of Nova | Caged Steel is Industrial Grade. The skin is not available with the StatTrak counter and has no souvenir option.
Nova | Caged Steel is currently a rather popular skin, which is often seen in the game.
