Nova | Rust Coat was added to the game on December 3, 2020, as part of The Havoc Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Broken Fang.
The body of the shotgun is coated with an uneven layer of rust. The skin’s color depends on levels of wear and varies from gray-blue to orange-brown. The handguard is not painted and has no stains of rust.
Float Value of the skin ranges from 0.00 to 0.80, which makes Nova | The boot available in all conditions. At the lowest Float Values, the metal parts of the weapon are gray-blue and have only a few stains of rust. At levels of wear close to the maximum, they turn orange-brown. Many players prefer MAG-7 | Rust Coat at the highest levels of wear.
The pattern index affects the texture overlay. Rare or special variations of the pattern are absent.
The quality of Nova | Rust Coat is Industrial Grade. The skin is not available with a StatTrak counter and has no souvenir option. The skin belongs to the "Rust Coat" series.
At the moment, Nova | Rust Coat is not on the list of popular skins and is rarely seen in the game.
