Nova | Wurst Hölle was added to the game on October 2, 2024, as part of The Overpass 2024 Collection, released with The Armory update. The skin was created by Valve.
The shotgun's body is finished mainly in dark brown and decorated with stylized images of flying sausages surrounded by yellow-and-orange flames. Large flame patterns also appear on the stock and some other parts of the weapon. The rear part of the receiver features a sausage wearing a traditional Bavarian outfit and holding two beer mugs, along with the inscription SAUSAGE TIME!!
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes Nova | Wurst Hölle available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body in Minimal Wear condition. They become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.27. As the Float Value grows, abrasions increase in number and size, while the skin becomes noticeably darker. At the highest wear levels, almost the entire paint layer is worn away, but the images of the sausages and flames remain partially recognizable.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of Nova | Wurst Hölle is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is not available with a StatTrak counter. According to Valve, the skin's design refers to the Wurst Hölle beer garden on Overpass. The design on the back side of the weapon differs from the design on the play side.
