SCAR-20 | Sand Mesh was added to the game on November 27, 2013, as part of The Dust 2 Collection, which was released alongside the “Out with the old, in with the new” update.
The entire body of the rifle is spray painted using mesh as a stencil. The color scheme of the skin includes beige and brown. The scope, the barrel and individual small parts of the weapon are not painted.
Float Value of the skin is limited from 0.06 to 0.80, which makes SCAR-20 | Sand Mesh available in all conditions. Small abrasions are already present on the body of the rifle in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, about 50% of the paint layer is peeled off, the paint is almost completely peeled off on the handle.
The pattern index affects the texture overlay. Rare or special variations of the pattern are absent.
The quality of SCAR-20 | Sand Mesh is Consumer Grade. The skin has a souvenir option.
At the moment, SCAR-20 | Sand Mesh is not on the list of popular skins and is rarely seen in the game.
