AUG | Amber Fade was added to the game on September 22, 2021, as part of The 2021 Train Collection, which was released alongside the start of Operation Riptide.
The rifle’s body has been chromed and coated with translucent paints creating gradient transitions. The color scheme comprises various shades of green, yellow, and orange. Individual parts of the body, including the barrel, magazine and scope remain unpainted. The gradient’s color ratio depends on the pattern index.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.40, which makes AUG | Amber Fade available in all conditions except Battle-Scarred. Small abrasions are already present on various parts of the weapon's body in Factory New condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the number and size of abrasions increase.
