M4A4 | Neo-Noir appeared in the Workshop on October 18, 2017, and was added to the game on February 16, 2018, as part of The Clutch Collection, which was released alongside the “Welcome to the Clutch” update. The skin was created by donschi and Blazer.
The design of the skin is made in the neo-noir comic style. The central part of the rifle, the magazine, and the handle are adorned with an image of a girl with a sword. The girl clenches her fists and releases a cloud of white smoke from her mouth. A fragment of an urban landscape is painted behind the girl's back. The color scheme of the image includes black and various shades of pink, purple and blue. The barrel and the handguard are complemented by a white geometric pattern. The buttstock is adorned with an ornament of wavy lines painted in a violet-blue gradient.
Float Value of the skin is limited from 0.00 to 0.90, which makes M4A4 | Neo-Noir available in all conditions. The first abrasions appear on the body of the rifle in Minimal Wear condition. At levels of wear close to the maximum, the painted parts of the weapon have significant abrasions and are coated with a layer of patina, which makes the skin look noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the appearance of the skin.
The quality of M4A4 | Neo-Noir is Covert. The skin has a StatTrak option and belongs to the "Neo-Noir" series.
