UMP-45 | Late Night Transit was added to the game on March 31, 2025, as part of The Train 2025 Collection, released with the Spring Forward update. The skin was created by cimota and Centauri. They previously created SSG 08 | Rapid Transit, which also features a subway map design.
The receiver, grip, and magazine of the submachine gun are painted in a cool shade of gray and decorated with a subway map featuring colorful route lines, station markers, and transfer symbols. The stations are named after Counter-Strike maps. The foregrip, stock, and some parts of the body are unpainted.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes UMP-45 | Late Night Transit available in all exterior conditions. As the Float Value rises, minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body but remain barely noticeable. The skin gradually takes on a warmer tone. At the highest wear levels, the entire body of the weapon takes on a pronounced orange-brown tint resembling rust. The subway map remains almost unchanged.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of UMP-45 | Late Night Transit is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is not available in a StatTrak version. The skin was among the ten nominees for Skin of the Year at the 2025 HLTV Awards.
