Galil AR | Rainbow Spoon was added to the game on October 2, 2024, as part of The Sport & Field Collection, released with The Armory update. The skin was created by Valve.
The receiver, barrel, magazine, and stock have a glossy metallic surface. The color scheme of these parts resembles the color shifts of heat-treated metal and features smooth transitions between blue, purple, pink, green, and golden-yellow shades. The handguard, lower part of the receiver, and pistol grip remain unpainted.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.55, which makes Galil AR | Rainbow Spoon available in all exterior conditions. As the Float Value rises, minor abrasions appear on the body, but they have almost no effect on the skin's appearance. At approximately 0.40, the skin begins to darken noticeably. At the highest wear levels, the colorful gradient remains almost unchanged.
The pattern index affects the placement and proportion of colored areas on the weapon's surface. Among the most notable variants are Fade Gems, with minimal amounts of golden and yellow areas, while purple, blue, pink, and green shades dominate the color scheme. Pattern indexes #44 and #284 are considered the best Fade Gems. Gold/Pink Gems form a separate category, with golden and pink shades dominating the pattern. Examples include pattern indexes #238, #243, and #246.
The quality of Galil AR | Rainbow Spoon is Classified. The skin is not available with a StatTrak counter.
