MP9 | Nexus was added to the game on March 31, 2025, as part of The Fever Collection, which was released alongside the Spring Forward update. The skin was created by SerQ. Two of his earlier works, Sawed-Off | Serenity and XM1014 | Tranquility, had already been added to the game.
The skin’s main color scheme consists of silver and black. The upper and rear sections of the receiver, as well as part of the stock, are painted silver and feature an abstract geometric pattern. Similar design elements also appear on the magazine and foregrip. The silver elements have a pronounced glossy finish. The barrel is also silver. The remaining parts of the body are painted black. The design is complemented by bright blue stripes and inserts on the receiver and magazine. A row of cartridges is also depicted on the magazine. Technical inscriptions and markings appear on various parts of the body.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes MP9 | Nexus available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body already in Factory New condition. As the Float Value grows, abrasions increase in number and size, but they remain almost unnoticeable. Technical inscriptions and markings gradually wear away, while the abstract geometric pattern becomes less pronounced. At the highest wear levels, the black paint is almost completely worn away, the abstract pattern becomes almost unrecognizable, and the silver areas lose their glossy finish and develop a pronounced blue tint.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of MP9 | Nexus is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. The creator's Steam Workshop also features other works from the Nexus series for the AWP, AUG, and MP7.
