SSG 08 | Memorial was added to the game on March 31, 2025, as part of The Fever Collection, released with the Spring Forward update. The skin was created by Sparkwire. Another skin by the creator, FAMAS | Rapid Eye Movement, was previously added to the game.
The skin's design is inspired by brutalist architecture and memorial structures. Most of the body is finished in light gray shades and imitates the surface of stone or concrete. A bronze relief composition depicting the profiles of four soldiers is located on the lower part of the receiver. The scope, receiver, and stock are complemented by abstract mosaic inserts in beige, pink, and orange shades. Some parts of the handguard and the rear part of the stock are designed to resemble massive stone blocks. The barrel and some metal parts of the body remain unpainted.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes SSG 08 | Memorial available in all exterior conditions. Almost no noticeable abrasions appear on the body. As the Float Value grows, the skin's color scheme becomes warmer, and the skin becomes noticeably darker. Rust gradually develops on the unpainted metal parts of the weapon. At Float Values above 0.80, it becomes especially noticeable.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of SSG 08 | Memorial is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is available in a StatTrak version.
