Sawed-Off | Lunar Wyrm was added to the game on July 8, 2026, as part of The Arabesque Collection, released with the Season 5, Armory, and More update. The skin was created by rainless and Ruslan RS. According to available information, this is the first weapon skin by both creators to be accepted into the game.
Most of the shotgun's body is painted in burgundy, gray, and sand tones. The receiver features a coiled snake. The snake is depicted with open jaws, sharp fangs, and a red tongue. Its body is decorated with a light-colored pattern resembling Arabic script. A crescent moon is depicted above the trigger. White clouds, golden dunes, and stars appear in the background. The handguard features a desert landscape with clouds and a silhouette of a Middle Eastern city. The dark metal barrels and the wooden stock are decorated with light-colored ornaments resembling Arabic calligraphy.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes Sawed-Off | Lunar Wyrm available in all exterior conditions. The first abrasions appear on various parts of the shotgun in Field-Tested condition and become clearly noticeable at Float Values above 0.54. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, the image of the snake and the decorative patterns are covered with large abrasions but remain visible. The skin becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of Sawed-Off | Lunar Wyrm is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is not available with a StatTrak counter. The original Workshop version featured a camel rider painted on the handguard, but Valve removed it before the skin was added to the game.
