USP-S | Sleeping Potion was added to the game on January 21, 2026, as part of The Harlequin Collection, released with the Fourth Season update. The skin was created by Valve.
The pistol's body and silencer are covered with a camouflage pattern in various shades of purple and lilac. The painted areas have a pearlescent finish that changes color depending on the lighting and position of the weapon. The textured insert on the pistol grip and some smaller parts of the body are finished in a rich blue color. The placement of the pattern depends on the pattern index.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.70, which makes USP-S | Sleeping Potion available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the pistol in Factory New condition and become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.06. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, almost all paint is worn away, and the camouflage pattern becomes almost unrecognizable. However, the surface retains its characteristic glossy effect. This gives heavily worn examples an unusual appearance and may make them interesting to collectors.
The pattern index affects the skin's appearance. The community highlights variants dominated by rich purple, known as Purple Gem (#727, #486, #971), and lighter lilac variants known as Lavender Gem (#384, #305, #673).
The quality of USP-S | Sleeping Potion is Restricted. The skin is not available in a StatTrak version. At low wear levels, some pattern variants may appeal to players who collect purple-themed loadouts.
