AK-47 | The Oligarch was added to the game on September 16, 2025, as part of The Genesis Collection, released with the Show Off update. The skin was created by Strenson. Another work by the artist, AUG | Luxe Trim, was previously added to the game.
The rifle's body is finished in white, black, and gold. The gold elements have a glossy polished surface and produce bright highlights depending on the lighting and the position of the weapon. Various parts of the body feature black inserts with a pronounced diagonal embossed texture. The white inserts imitate the texture of leather.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes AK-47 | The Oligarch available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the rifle in Minimal Wear condition and become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.18. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, the body is covered with large abrasions. The gold finish becomes duller, while its glossy sheen becomes less pronounced. The skin becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of AK-47 | The Oligarch is Covert. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. In the Steam Workshop, the skin was published under the name AK-47 | Puffer V1. According to the creator's concept, the design develops the idea of the Puffer series, which combines elements of puffer jackets and the interiors of luxury sports cars. After the skin was released, some players began comparing its design to weapon skins from Valorant. The skin may appeal to players who collect gold-themed loadouts.
