M4A4 | Full Throttle was added to the game on September 16, 2025, as part of The Genesis Collection, released with the Show Off update. The skin was created by dwern. Another work by the artist, Zeus x27 | Tosai, was previously added to the game.
The skin's design is inspired by racing car liveries. The upper part of the rifle is painted neon green and has a glossy metallic sheen. Green inserts are also present on the magazine, pistol grip, and rear section of the stock. The central part of the body is decorated with an abstract pattern of black and silver graphic elements with a pronounced metallic sheen. Various parts of the rifle feature numerous fictional logos and inscriptions styled as sponsor graphics.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes M4A4 | Full Throttle available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the rifle in Field-Tested condition and become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.20. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, abrasions are evenly distributed across the body, while the main design elements remain almost completely intact. The silver areas develop a barely noticeable network of cracks. The skin becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of M4A4 | Full Throttle is Covert. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. In the HLTV community vote for the best skin of 2025, M4A4 | Full Throttle took third place. Thanks to its bright neon green color scheme, the skin may appeal to players who collect green-themed loadouts.
