SSG 08 | Dezastre was added to the game on February 6, 2024, as part of The Kilowatt Collection, released with the A Call to Arms update. The skin was created by Des and el_tus. They previously created Dual Berettas | Dezastre, which features a similar design.
The sniper rifle's receiver is white and decorated with a geometric pattern of numerous different-sized rectangles painted in various shades of gray. The other parts of the body are dark gray. The barrel and stock feature decorative elements in the form of light-colored diagonal stripes. Red accents appear on some parts of the weapon. The design includes small technical inscriptions and markings.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes SSG 08 | Dezastre available in all exterior conditions. No abrasions appear on the weapon's body. As the Float Value rises, the skin gradually develops a patina, noticeably darkens, and takes on a warmer tone. At the highest Float Values, the patina becomes more pronounced.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of SSG 08 | Dezastre is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is available in a StatTrak version.
