Glock-18 | Fully Tuned was added to the game on March 11, 2026, as part of The Dead Hand Collection, released with the Dead Hand update. The skin was created by kadzor. Another skin by the creator, M4A1-S | Player Two, was previously added to the game.
The pistol's body features a bright neon color scheme combining pink, light blue, yellow, and purple shades against a light background. The slide is decorated with a large stylized inscription with a light blue outline and a metallic sheen, as well as Chinese characters, colorful stars, and other graphic elements. The rear part of the body and the grip feature an image of a girl with pink and yellow hair and yellow eyes. The lower part of her face is covered by a multicolored mask resembling the lower part of a skull. The magazine baseplate is painted bright pink.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes Glock-18 | Fully Tuned available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. Signs of wear become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.28. At the highest wear levels, a significant part of the paint layer is worn away, and the skin becomes noticeably darker, but the image of the girl remains partially recognizable.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of Glock-18 | Fully Tuned is Covert. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. According to the creator, the design was inspired by Japanese car tuning culture (JDM).
