MP9 | Urban Sovereign was added to the game on March 11, 2026, as part of The Dead Hand Collection, released with the Dead Hand update. The skin was created by Sorarox, CROPE, and Aiza. CROPE previously contributed to the creation of AK-47 | Searing Rage and Nova | Ocular.
The submachine gun features a street graffiti design. Most of the body is painted in shades of gray and turquoise and covered with large white graffiti tags. The composition also includes small black graffiti elements, as well as gold-colored inscriptions and symbols with a pronounced metallic sheen. Small orange accents appear on various parts of the body.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes MP9 | Urban Sovereign available in all exterior conditions. As the Float Value rises, almost no noticeable abrasions appear on the body. The skin develops a patina and gradually becomes darker. At the highest wear levels, the skin's color scheme takes on a warmer tone, while all design elements remain almost unchanged.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of MP9 | Urban Sovereign is Restricted. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. According to CROPE, the creators wanted the weapon to look as though it had been defaced by street vandals. The artist used his own experience with graffiti to create realistic graffiti tags.
On CS.MONEY, MP9 | Urban Sovereign ranks 12th of 47 MP9 skins by number of offers: about 240.
