P90 | Deathgaze was added to the game on March 11, 2026, as part of The Dead Hand Collection, released with the Dead Hand update. The skin was created by Blazer and Tolik_Wask. Blazer previously contributed to M4A1-S | Vaporwave, while Tolik_Wask created MAC-10 | Derailment.
Most of the submachine gun's body is designed to resemble white marble with characteristic brown veins. The stock features a large image of Medusa the Gorgon's face painted in shades of blue and surrounded by several blue snakes with open mouths. Thin red lines extend from Medusa's eyes. The front and upper parts of the body are covered with blue graffiti-style inscriptions. The images of Medusa and the snakes also feature graffiti elements, including various inscriptions and symbols. The design is complemented by bronze inserts with a pronounced metallic sheen and geometric patterns in the ancient Greek style.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes P90 | Deathgaze available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body in Minimal Wear condition. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. The bronze elements gradually become darker and take on a blue tint, gray graffiti-style inscriptions appear on the body, and the marble surface takes on a yellowish tint. Signs of wear become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.15. At the highest wear levels, the white paint on some parts is completely worn away, while the metallic inserts take on a rich blue color. Large gray graffiti elements partially cover Medusa's face. These include the inscriptions "LIES" and "FALSE GODS". However, the image of Medusa remains clearly recognizable.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of P90 | Deathgaze is Classified. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. According to the creators, the design concept combines ancient Greek aesthetics with modern street art. The inscriptions "LIES" and "FALSE GODS" reflect the idea of protesting against false gods and imposed idols.
On CS.MONEY, P90 | Deathgaze is the most common P90 skin: about 700 offers.
