M4A4 | Zubastick was added to the game on March 11, 2026, as part of The Dead Hand Collection, released with the Dead Hand update. The skin was created by Freddy, Krueger, and KERRY. Freddy and Krueger previously created Five-SeveN | Buddy and Tec-9 | Brother.
Most of the rifle's body is covered with a black-and-white pattern of numerous sharp teeth, drawn in a rough graphic style. The handguard and the area above the receiver feature two small yellow-orange eyes resembling those of reptiles. The barrel and some parts of the stock remain unpainted. The design is complemented by red accents with noticeable abrasions. The skin has an artificially aged appearance.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes M4A4 | Zubastick available in all exterior conditions. Abrasions are present on the rifle's body even in Factory New condition. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, the body shows significant signs of wear, and the skin's color scheme takes on a warmer tone. The main elements of the design remain clearly recognizable.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of M4A4 | Zubastick is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is available in a StatTrak version.
