USP-S | Silent Shot was added to the game on March 11, 2026, as part of The Dead Hand Collection, released with the Dead Hand update. The skin was created by kioShimyo and Maloo. Maloo previously created PP-Bizon | Space Cat. According to available information, this was the first skin by kioShimyo to be added to the game.
The pistol's design features a blue color scheme with Japanese motifs. The slide is painted in various shades of blue and decorated with a large stylized image of narrowed eyes in a manga style. The slide and silencer also feature numerous white graphic elements, including angular lines, stripes, and geometric patterns. The silencer is decorated with a stylized Japanese inscription, "静かな少年" ("Silent Boy"). The frame and grip remain unpainted and are dark gray. A large blue shuriken is located in the center of the grip. The magazine base plate, trigger, and some small parts of the body are painted a rich blue.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes USP-S | Silent Shot available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body in Field-Tested condition. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size, and the painted areas of the body become noticeably darker. Signs of wear become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.28. At the highest wear levels, a significant part of the paint layer is worn away, but the image of the eyes on the slide remains almost unchanged.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of USP-S | Silent Shot is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is available in a StatTrak version. The skin was originally published in the Steam Workshop under the name USP-S | SILENT BOY.
