Glock-18 | Ghost Protocol was added to the game on July 8, 2026, as part of The Spy Tech Collection, released with the Season 5, Armory, and More update. The skin was created by Graff. Graff's previously accepted works include AWP | Atheris, USP-S | Blueprint, and Glock-18 | Block-18.
The pistol's body is finished in various shades of red. Much of the slide and frame is made to resemble translucent red plastic. Internal parts and thin holographic lines resembling a circuit board are visible through the slide. The solid red panels feature a fine linear texture. The white inscriptions GHOST and PROTOCOL appear on the grip. The design also includes a few technical markings located on various parts of the weapon’s body. The trigger and some controls are painted solid black.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 0.90, which makes Glock-18 | Ghost Protocol available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on the painted parts of the pistol in Minimal Wear condition and become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.09. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At approximately 0.45, the translucent areas gradually begin to lose their transparency. At the highest wear levels, the inscriptions remain visible, and the skin becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index does not affect the skin's appearance.
The quality of Glock-18 | Ghost Protocol is Covert. The skin is not available in a StatTrak version. The original Steam Workshop submission featured several color variants, but only the red version was added to the game. This is the first all-red skin for the Glock-18 added to the game, which makes it appealing to players who collect red-themed loadouts.
