R8 Revolver | Monarch was added to the game on July 8, 2026, as part of The Spy Tech Collection, released with the Season 5, Armory, and More update. The skin was created by Quzga and dC. Quzga previously created P2000 | Ivory. Some of dC's previous works include UMP-45 | Momentum and AUG | Momentum.
The revolver's body is covered with an abstract pixel pattern in gray, beige, and orange. The black grip has a textured surface that resembles leather and is decorated with a fine dotted pattern. The cylinder is made from transparent plastic, allowing the cartridges to be seen inside. Some parts of the body are finished in gold.
The skin's Float Value ranges from 0.00 to 1.00, which makes R8 Revolver | Monarch available in all exterior conditions. The first minor abrasions appear on various parts of the body in Field-Tested condition and become clearly noticeable at approximately 0.27. As the Float Value rises, abrasions increase in number and size. At the highest wear levels, much of the pattern is worn away and the skin becomes noticeably darker.
The pattern index affects the placement of the pattern on the weapon's body. There are no rare or special pattern variations.
The quality of R8 Revolver | Monarch is Mil-Spec Grade. The skin is not available in a StatTrak version.
