Anti-mage is a melee character. His primary attribute is agility. The hero is mainly taken to the easy lane as a carry. Most effective in the late game.
A mobile character who only relies on his farm. Blink allows him to quickly move between the camps of neutral creeps, get away from the chase, or initiate a battle. Thanks to the Mana Break passive ability, Anti-mage is able to dominate his lane, not allowing enemies to use their spells. And in combination with Counterspell, the ability makes the hero a real threat to characters who rely on their spells and mana. The Mana Void spell can deal massive area damage. Aghanim's Shard allows the hero to reduce enemies’ magical powers in close combat, and Aghanim's Scepter grants the Blink Fragment ability, which is able to deceive an enemy, break his position in battles, and be another good initiating spell.
Legions of dead men laid siege to Turstarkuri. Anti-mage watched in horror as the monks to whom he had served were first slaughtered, then raised to join the ranks of the Dead God's priesthood. He has since vowed to obliterate not only the Dead God's magic users, but to put an end to magic altogether.
